Bilborough is located north-west of Nottingham City Centre. The estates in this district often have a similar feel and were the last big housing projects this side of Nottingham. Building on the Broxtowe Estate begain in the 1930’s and continued through the 1940’s.

Around Bilborough there is plenty of green space thanks to the way it was built. Bilborough also boasts the Harvey Hadden Sports Complex, which offer the opportunity to get involved in everything from tennis to athletics to mini golf! Those attracted to Bilborough tend to be first time buyers and families.

Living here offers good value for money, easy transport links to the M1 and close proximity to Nottingham City Centre. Also worth checking out is Broxtowe Country Park, offering 46 hectares of woodland and grassland, Melbourne Park, which has tennis courts a bowling green, and Wollaton Hall.
