Description:
A plan to dim or switch off more than 90,000 street lights across Nottinghamshire will be put to the cabinet of Nottinghamshire County Council on the 8th of September.
The scheme could save around £1.25m and would cut the county’s power use by about 25%.
To make the savings some street lights would be turned off between midnight and 5:30am and some lights could be dimmed from 22:00 and 07:00.
